Washington DC Wedding Photographer: Terra Dawn Photography
Around about a week or so ago, I got to hang out with Pam, Anne and Kallie THE fabulous ladies from ATrendy Wedding.
Was I photographing a fabulous DC wedding?
Nope.
Were we making covert plans for the next workshop in November?
Alas….no. (Although…plans ARE underway…..and swoon-worthy!!!)
What WAS I doing??? Well, other than the fact that we have become QUITE swell friends…I was photographing the cutest (and sweetest…think sugar rimmed Lemonade and blueberry cake!) goodbye in the history of goodbyes!!
Kallie worked as an intern for ATrendy over the summer, and I had the pleasure to work with Kallie a few times!! So many laughs you will never have….(makes my stomach hurt just THINKING about Onesies……ummm……inside joke….need to know basis….). Sending this college student back to school in style means she couldn’t leave with just a hug! Lemonade, blue berry cake, pecan scones and a gorgeous necklace later……Kallie is off gettin’ her learnin’ on.
Alas, Kallie….parting is SUCH sweet….sweet….sweet….mmmm….scones…..sweet sorrow.
Thank you for having me ladies and goodluck with school, Kallie! I can’t wait to hear all about it!

Haha….I don’t know if you’ve noticed, Laurie…but teal (or any shade of blue really) happens to be one of my fav colors to photograph! I was SO stoked when I saw ATrendy had put together!
