Washington DC Destination Wedding Photographer: Terra Dawn Photography
So in case you’re wondering about the nuthouse and the “Wait…where did Terra go??” past three weeks, I’VE BEEN HELPING PLAN A WEDDING!!
My sister has FINALLY married her longtime loverboi Shane. No….SERIOUSLY long time. He was crushing on her in HIGH SCHOOL!!
Anyways, although I would LOVE to share the whole shindig with you, I can’t. But I CAN share a few teasers!!
The ceremony took place at The Boxtree Lodge in Vinton, VA.
Look at my dad!!! He’s good at being “manly” emotional. Suck it in!!! Don’t let me see you cry!!

The ceremony took place outside on the hill at around 5:30. The lighting was MAGNIFICENT!!!
The ceremony moved inside for food from Abuelo’s Restaurant (who were beyond amazing and went over the top to make sure Niki and Shane’s day was amazing), piñata bashing, and overral awesomeness.
Believe it or not…this teaser doesn’t even cover the ICEBURG of the details at this insanely awesome wedding. Stay tuned for the whole shindig!!
I would also like to formally thank Abby Grace Photography and Mike Lesnick photography for helping on this HUGE day!! Josh Marshall and I absolutely couldn’t have done it without you. You are both SO amazing!! I look forward to working with you both again super soon!
